B&C Renovations, LLC is a fully insured and licensed home improvement company specializing in additions, kitchen and bath remodeling, finished basements, decks, window replacements, and more. We are a small company
with virtually no overhead and can adapt to any project whatever the size or complexity. Owner Matt Cunningham takes a "hands-on" approach to each project so his presence at the jobsite is guaranteed. Furthermore, Matt has
an unmistakable passion for every phase of the work and a knack for adding touches that make even the simplest things stand out.
B&C Renovations has completed hundreds of projects throughout Northern New Jersey. Most of the work has been concentrated in Essex county, in particular,Montclair and the surrounding communities. Matt and his crew have delighted many a home owner not only by their work but also by their professionalism,dedication, and talent.
Since the start of the company, B&C has performed residential work only with one notable exception. In 2005, restaurant and bar owner Chris Egan hired Matt to install the woodwork for his newest project. The wood to be used
was a cargo container full of vintage tongue & groove clear pine and forty or so reclaimed paneled doors. Along with new materials, Matt, following Chris's design lead, ( and contributing a few ideas of his own), created the exquisite
wood interior of what is today Egan's & Sons restaurant/bar in Montclair. Most recently, Mr. Egan contracted Matt to install, and in some cases design, the woodwork for the extension of Egan's & Sons. Once again, Matt and his crew
delivered.
